We are looking for a Manager Fund Operations to help build and maintain the operational foundation that allows M1 Capital to scale. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and financial running of M1 Capital, working closely with the partners, investment team, and external service providers.

We are looking for a Manager Fund Operations to help build and maintain the operational foundation that allows M1 Capital to scale. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and financial running of M1 Capital, working closely with the partners, investment team, and external service providers.
What you'll do
What you'll do
Manage and coordinate fund operations, including NAV processes, fund administrator relationships, and monthly reporting cycles.
Act as the primary point of contact for external service providers, including fund administrators, custodians, prime brokers, auditors, and legal and compliance partners, and take ownership of the commercial relationship with these partners.
Own and maintain the firm’s operational infrastructure, including internal systems, data management, and process documentation.
Own the financial operations of the fund, including managing inflows and outflows across our flagship funds (M1 - A1 and M1 - B1) as well as our tokenized funds, and overseeing all costs directly related to the funds.
Support the investment team with trade settlement and counterparty coordination.
Run reconciliations between on-chain balances, exchanges, custodians, and the fund's books.
Help build and maintain a scalable operational framework as the firm grows its AUM, fund structures, and investor base.
Work with the partners to improve internal processes, reporting quality, and the overall efficiency of the business.

3+ years of experience in an operational or finance-oriented role - for example fund or asset-management operations, financial services, consulting, or a comparable environment where you worked closely with finance and/or operations.
Structured and process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with fund structures, digital assets, or on-chain operational workflows is a plus.
Solid understanding of fund administration processes, including NAV calculation and internal tooling systems is a plus.
Based around Amsterdam or open to relocation.
