What you'll do

Support your team day to day with research, analysis, monitoring and reporting.
Prepare and improve materials such as internal memos, dashboards, factsheets and investor documents.
Gather and structure data on markets, counterparties, protocols or allocators, depending on your team.
Help improve our processes, tooling and documentation as the firm scales.
Join internal meetings, ask questions, and learn how a digital asset hedge fund is run end to end.

A sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to break down a problem and structure an answer.
Precision and attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed in almost everything we do.
The ability to work independently and take ownership, while knowing when to ask for help.
Genuine interest in digital assets and financial markets.
Strong written and verbal English; Dutch or another language is a plus.
Available for a substantial period (ideally 4-6 months) and based in or around Amsterdam.
