We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support our capital raising, investor relations, and commercial growth efforts. You will work closely with the partners, investment team, and commercial team to help grow M1 Capital’s investor base.

What you'll do
What you'll do
Support M1 Capital’s business development and investor relations activities.
Research and identify potential investors, including family offices, wealth managers, fund selectors, private banks, asset managers, and institutional allocators.
Build and maintain investor target lists, CRM records, and pipeline overviews.
Prepare materials for investor meetings, including pitch decks, factsheets, DDQs, follow-up documents, and data room content.
Assist with investor outreach, meeting scheduling, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Help coordinate investor onboarding together with fund administrators, legal counsel, and compliance partners.
Track investor conversations, next steps, due diligence requests, and subscription processes.
Monitor the hedge fund, digital asset, wealth management, and allocator landscape.
Support global conference preparation, capital introduction processes, and investor events.
Work with the team to improve commercial processes, reporting, and investor communication.
Support M1 Capital’s business development and investor relations activities.

Preferred skills
Preferred skills
2-5 years of experience in business development, digital asset management, investor relations, wealth management or a related field.
Strong interest in hedge funds, alternative investments and digital assets.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with investors and external partners.
Strong research, analytical, and commercial skills.
Comfort working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Dutch or another European language is a plus.
Experience with CRM systems, investor databases, or pitch materials.
Knowledge of Crypto/Defi, is a plus.
2-5 years of experience in business development, digital asset management, investor relations, wealth management or a related field.
Strong interest in hedge funds, alternative investments and digital assets.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with investors and external partners.
