We’re looking for an Investment Analyst to help design, build, and optimize trading algorithms and infrastructure that power our multi-strategy market-neutral fund. You’ll work across research, execution, and on-chain systems, directly contributing to alpha generation and fund scalability.

We’re looking for an Investment Analyst to help design, build, and optimize trading algorithms and infrastructure that power our multi-strategy market-neutral fund. You’ll work across research, execution, and on-chain systems, directly contributing to alpha generation and fund scalability.
What you'll do
What you'll do
Track strategies and model sustainable yield opportunities across CeFi and on-chain markets.
Execute trades and rebalance capital across venues and strategies in line with the fund's market-neutral mandate.
Perform due diligence on trading opportunities and deals, and present findings in clear, investor-ready memos.
Monitor live positions and P&L, flag deviations, and support day-to-day allocation decisions across strategies.
Drive business development for our on-chain products: engage with protocols, secure incentives, and explore co-marketing opportunities.
Research new protocols and venues, and analyse their mechanics, risk frameworks, and economic models.
Interface with quant, tech, and investment team members to bring deals and strategies from concept to execution.
Summarise complex protocol designs and strategy mechanics for less-technical stakeholders.
Engage with investors, assisting in fundraising and providing strategy-level explanations when needed.
